Held on midweek mornings, group with ladies of a similar level, our Tennis Nation coaching team will provide enjoyable sessions which will improve your tennis and fitness levels in a fun a sociable environment.

Adult Group Coaching

Held on weekday evenings and weekends, grouped in small graded sessions of – beginner, intermediate or advanced, the Tennis Nation Adult coaching groups will improve your tennis and fitness levels. Coaching drills, footwork, fitness and match play are critical components of each session.

Private Lessons 30mins

30 minute lesson with a professional coach focusing on a personalised and technical approach specifically based on your game to take your tennis to another level.

Offering both private and semi private lessons, your coach will be able to improve all aspects of your game. Private lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate, elite and high performance players

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy sociable group fitness class run by our qualified coaches. In the calorie burning aerobic workout to music, you will hit lots of tennis balls with fast paced interval training. The cardio workouts are for all fitness and tennis levels.
