Casual Hire Conditions
All court hire is subject to availability and are available for a minimum one hour hire period and in half – hour periods thereafter. Casual hire can be made for any number of weeks or a series of bookings. Courts can be booked for Social or Competitive play, Tennis Coaching is conducted by Tennis Nation coaches only. Access to the tennis court will not be allowed unless all charges are paid in full. Access Codes will be issued with the payment receipt. If players do not attend the time of the court booking for any reason, there are no refunds given. To cancel a casual booking, one weeks notice prior to the booking date must be given.
Permanent Hire Conditions
Permanent hire is available for Social and or Competitive play. Tennis Coaching is conducted by Tennis Nation coaches only. Permanent bookings means that a court or series of courts is booked for you continuously, there can be no adhoc cancellations of the bookings. To cancel a permanent booking, 4 weeks notice must be given. Payments for permanent bookings are deducted on a monthly basis

Public Liability Insurance
All Incorporated bodies, Clubs or commercial groups must have cover to a level not less than $10 million.
These hirers must provide evidence of their public liability insurance prior to commencement of the hire period and provide a copy of any insurance renewal during the hire period prior to the expiry of the previous policy.
Conditions of Hire
Court hire is subject to availability and are available for a minimum one-hour hire period and in half – hour periods thereafter. The hot shots/pickle ball courts can be booked in for 30min time periods. Casual hire can be made for 1 or 4 weeks in advance.
Courts can be booked for Social and or Competitive play. Tennis Coaching is conducted by Tennis Nation coaches only.
If players do not attend the time of the court booking for any reason, there are no refunds given. To cancel a casual booking, one week’s notice prior to the booking date must be given.
No refunds will be given for adverse weather conditions affecting play. Determination of playability during wet weather, is at the sole discretion of the centre manager. If management deems the courts are unplayable, the booking can be transferred by way of a credit voucher to be used at a later date.
If play is interrupted for other reasons the hirer must provide documented evidence that the designated courts were unusable to claim a transfer of booking/credit voucher (i.e., maintenance issues).
Any maintenance issues should be reported to Bookcourts@rodfaheytennis.com. The hirer takes full responsibility for any accident or injury incurred during the course of any booking.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to vacate the court at the conclusion of their scheduled time. Tennis courts must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your court hire. Do not bring dogs or pets onto the tennis courts. Do not ride bicycles, scooters or skateboards on the tennis courts. Players must leave the centre quietly and no lingering in the car park. The nearby neighbours privacy must be respected at all times. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in us refusing to accept future bookings.
